Refund Policy

All payments made to GNBF for services such as tournament participation, licensing, membership, or partnership services are subject to this Refund Policy.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Event cancellation by GNBF
• Duplicate payment
• Technical or administrative error
• Other exceptional cases at GNBF discretion

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Voluntary withdrawal from a tournament after registration confirmation
• Failure to attend an event
• Violation of tournament rules leading to disqualification
• Services already rendered

All refund requests must be submitted to support@gnbf.org or via our contact page.

Requests must include:

• Full name
• Transaction details
• Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method and provider processing rules.

GNBF reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refund requests.
