About the Federation
The Georgian National Billiards Federation (GNBF) is the official governing body for cue sports in Georgia.
Our history
Founded in 1998 in Tbilisi, the Georgian National Billiards Federation was established to support and develop cue sports in Georgia under one national organization. From the beginning, its goal has been to bring players and clubs together, promote the sport and create opportunities for competitive development.
Today, GNBF continues to develop billiards across the country, support athletes and clubs, organize competitions and represent Georgia at international championships. Its work contributes to building a stronger and more professional future for billiards in Georgia.
Our mission
We oversee the rules, rankings and licensing of officially recognized cue sports in Georgia, organize national championships and support the development of athletes, clubs and officials. We also represent Georgia in international competitions and promote the growth of cue sports at every level.
Our long-term vision is to build a strong and thriving competitive scene, develop the next generation of players and establish billiards as a respected and widely recognized sport in Georgia.
